Your data is yours. You can delete individual entries in KakaLab or ask us to permanently delete all of your data. This page applies to the KakaLab app developed by SOCIFLY SOFTWARE LTD.
1. Deleting a single entry
- Open KakaLab and go to the History tab.
- Tap the ••• menu next to the entry you want to delete.
- Choose Delete and confirm. The entry’s photo and analysis result are deleted too.
2. Requesting deletion of all your data
- Open the Settings screen in the app and copy the user ID shown there.
- Email info@kakatakip.com with the subject “KakaLab Data Deletion Request” and include your user ID.
- We will confirm receipt of your request by email shortly.
Since the app works without an account, your user ID lets us verify that the data belongs to you.
3. What is deleted and what is kept?
Deleted: all your photos, Bristol entries, AI analysis results, notes, streak/level data and app preferences.
May be kept: only purchase records that we are legally required to retain, until the end of the required period.
Your request is completed within 30 days, including removal from backups. Deletion cannot be undone.
4. About your subscription
Deleting your data or uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You need to cancel it separately in your App Store or Google Play account settings. See the Support page for details.
